Each year, High Point Networks recognizes team members for their outstanding performance, superior dedication, and the positive impact they have made throughout the past year. The achievable awards in 2020 include the 5 Year Recognition, 10 Year Recognition, Teamwork, Extra Mile, Growth, Outstanding Newcomer, Lewis & Clark, and the most prestigious High Point Award.
5 Year Awards
This award goes to team members who celebrated their 5 year anniversary of working at High Point Networks in the past year.
10 Year Awards
This award goes to team members who celebrated their 10 year anniversary of working at High Point Networks in the past year.
Teamwork Award
The Teamwork Award recognizes an individual who puts the team first. They are selfless with their own time to share their knowledge and expertise with those around them.
Extra Mile Award
The Extra Mile Award recognizes an individual who makes every interaction count by going above and beyond what is expected of them.
Growth Award
The Growth Award recognizes the person(s) who has shown the most growth in the past year. The growth can be knowledge on products, certifications, or sales. But most importantly, growth as a person.
Outstanding Newcomer Award
The Outstanding Newcomer Award is for a person(s) who has started with High Point Networks this past year and has made an immediate impact. The recipient has taken the initiative to dig-in and learn new technology, processes, tools, and systems in order to increase or maintain our level of customer and employee satisfaction.
Lewis & Clark Award
The Lewis & Clark Award recognizes an individual who explored new markets and/or new technologies in order to achieve their/company goals and increase HPN market share.
High Point Award
The High Point Award (the most prestigious award) recognizes a person who has proven and shown their passion for High Point Networks as a company. This person lives the mission and the values of what High Point Networks is founded on. This person goes out of their way to tell the HPN story, the value of our solutions, and understands that selling stuff isn't all we do.
